At The Natchez we aren’t just a typical vacation rental. We have blurred the lines between a hotel and a vacation rental to give our guests the best of both worlds. Our standard amenities are below but if you have another special request that would make your stay with us even better, let us know and we will make every effort to make it happen.

Saltwater Pool & Hot Tub

All of our guests are welcome to enjoy our saltwater pool and hot tub year-round. Our pool is heated, when necessary, to 85° and our hot tub always stays in the upper 90’s.

Rooftop BBQ Station

You took advantage of our free grocery stocking service to buy steaks for the entire group and now it’s time to cook. Head up to the rooftop and show off your grilling skills at 1 of 2 pro-style gas grills.

Parking, unloading, & luggage carts

There is ample paid daily parking ($20-45) steps away from us, and we have an unloading zone, luggage carts, and an elevator to make checking in a smooth and easy process.

Bathrooms with everything

Our spa-like bathrooms with an endless supply of hot water come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers, and we are happy to provide more if you run out.

Poolside Cabanas

Poolside cabanas are available as a free amenity and are available to all of our guests on a first-come, first-served basis. All 3 cabanas sport cable TV and plush seating.

Sundeck with lounge chairs and sofa

4 lounge chairs and an outdoor sofa with a large umbrella await on our sun deck. Or you could always have a cocktail at our counter that spans the deck to people-watch and chat.

Coffee and tea station

Need your morning brew or your daily ritual— we’ve got you covered at the coffee and tea station in the lobby. Remember, we have coffee makers in the room if you bring your own favorite beans.

Fully Stocked Kitchens

All of our suites have kitchens that are stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and most everything else you would need to cook every meal from there. Yes, coffee machines are also included.

Rooftop Fresh Water Hot Tub

Like its ground-floor companion, the rooftop hot tub welcomes guest year-round and is always kept at a comfortable upper 90’s. A perfect way to relax after a day out on the town.

Staffed front desk & Concierge

Our on-site front desk is ready to check you in or help at a moment's notice in person or by phone, text, or email. Rather a contactless check-in? No problem, that’s available 24-7 too.

Smart 4k TVs

All of our suites are equipped with smart 4k TVs in the living rooms and all bedrooms also come furnished with TVs.

Grocery Stocking, Private Chef, & More

Who wants to shop for groceries on vacation? Have your groceries delivered from our local grocer and we’ll stock them in your suite for free. Also ask about a private chef and discounted gym passes!
