    The Space

    Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building

    Unit 3304 is located on the 3rd floor (accessible via elevator) and features two private balconies overlooking the Poydras Street city skyline and our relaxing sundeck

    Four adults can be accommodated in this 2-bed, 3-bath unit. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom, as well as an additional full bath located off the living room. The king bedroom features its own private balcony, while the queen bedroom includes a skylight with motorized blackout shade. An additional balcony is located off the living room.

    The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering

    Your spacious 920 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:

    -Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils

    -Coffee maker, toaster, and blender

    -Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided

    -Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels

    Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

    Guest Access

    Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit

    Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed

    Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available

    Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm

    Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, baby equipment rentals, tours & dinner reservations, and more!

    Other Things to Note

    Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.

    If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

    Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join!     Neighborhood Description

    Your unit at The Natchez is located in the heart of everything -- a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. There is always something happening in the French Quarter and CBD, be it a festival, parade, convention, or just a beautiful day. Walk to your favorite restaurant, take a paddlewheel cruise, go on a horse drawn buggy ride on a cool night, and explore jazz clubs and bars.

    The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrah’s Casino or walk to a game at the Superdome or Smoothie King Center-- everything is in easy walking distance of the property.

    Getting Around

    Most major attractions in New Orleans are easy walking distance from your condo unit. Bourbon Street is only a 5-minute walk! If you would like to visit Uptown, the Garden District or Mid-City, we are only 1 block from the Streetcar stop that will bring you to those parts of town in style. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all very readily available from the property.
